1. Assistant to the Founder and CEO

Location: Los Angeles County, CA
Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Founder and CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling day-to-day tasks.

• Coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.

• Support the CEO in executing strategic initiatives and managing relationships with stakeholders.

• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operation of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administrative support or a related field.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• A proactive attitude and a passion for the mission of Lovey's Home.

2. Program Coordinator

Location: Los Angeles County, CA
Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee programs designed to support foster youth.

• Coordinate with community partners, volunteers, and foster families.

• Track and report on program outcomes and effectiveness.

• Provide mentorship and support to program participants.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field.

• Experience working with youth, preferably in foster care or similar settings.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• A passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.

3. Outreach and Community Engagement Specialist

Location: Los Angeles County, CA
Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, and local agencies.

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to raise awareness about Lovey's Home’s mission and services.

• Coordinate community events and volunteer opportunities.

• Assist in fundraising and advocacy efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, social work, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in community outreach or a related field.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
